ADI theory test
As part of the process of becoming an approved driving instructor, you need to pass the ADI theory test. This is the first of the three tests that you have to pass to become a driving instructor.
The driving instructor theory test is different although similar to the normal test for learners. Subjects to be covered include instructional technique. There is a high pass rate and you will need to work hard to get up to the required standard. Also there is a hazard perception test which again requires a higher standard with a higher pass mark than for regular learners. Your driving instructor trainer can give you the help and advice you need to pass the test
